Me encantan las manzanas, sobre todo cuando están en su punto de maduración y tienen tantas posibilidades en repostería. La manzana es una de las frutas más sanas y por ello debemos comerlas a diario. La receta que he elegido, es un crumble de manzana que me apetecía mucho probar. Aunque he seguido sus pautas de elaboración, he disminuido las cantidades, sobre todo de azúcar porque sabéis que no me gustan los dulces empalagosos.
